Discover the Past & Present

The History

The Herencia at 46 Kim Yam Road is a fresh development that pays homage to its luminous history by preserving the façade of the former Nan Chiau High School, and with it the rich heritage of the old premise.

A foot in the old and the new, it endeavours to bridge the past and present by encapsulating the emotions of nostalgia for the site while also transforming itself into a sleek and modern building befitting contemporary comfort.

A new home for offices, commercial schools and eateries, The Herencia breathes new life into the building and the surrounding River Valley area.
